    Perfect for a family escape

    I really enjoyed the lovely grounds and spacious room we stayed in. The staff were really good, helping us plan a surprise for our daughter who just received her PhD, and she was thrilled!

    Let's be real, it wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for.

    I was here for 6 nights and ate at Michelin star rated restaurant with very chic decor. The location was stunning, overlooking swimming pool.

    Facilities were excellent, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

    The breakfast was reasonably good, the check in was very quick. The room itself was cheap with exceptionally comfortable bed and amazing views. Stunning secluded location so close to the Molino Stucky, the Excelsior and the San Clemente Palace, the brand new JW Venice and the restaurants for lunch and dinner at various times.

    The grounds seemed like a tropical paradise with beautiful gardens and a serene atmosphere. My room, the Junior Suite King with Terrace, was spacious and well-decorated. The terrace provided a great spot to relax. Breakfast every morning was good, with a wide variety of options and high-quality food. Staff were attentive during breakfast, everything was perfect. I enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool. The views were fine. The complimentary shuttle service to St Mark's Square made exploring Venice easy. I faced some issues. There were not enough lounge chairs around the pool. The air conditioning in my room was inconsistent. I had to ask for help several times to get it adjusted properly. The dining options outside the fine dining restaurant lacked diversity and quality. One night, I found the food mediocre at the casual restaurant on-site. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was quite nice. I'd suggest improvements for the dining options and lounge availability by the pool.
